How to give partner access to assets in your Business Manager


In order for us to safely gain access to your data fro your business manager account your will want to add us to your  Business Manager so that you can then share your business' assets with us.

When you add a partner to your Business Manager, you can grant access to multiple different assets and assign specific permission levels. Partners will be able to see assets that you grant them permission to in their own Business Managers.

Before you begin

  • You must be an admin to add a partner.Your partner must have a Business Manager. If your partner doesn't have a Business Manager, ask them to create a Business Manager.

  • You need your our partner ID which is 388866654796197

Give a partner access to assets in your Business Manager

To add partners or agencies to your business:

  1. Go to Business settings.

  2. Below Users, click Partners.

  3. Click the + Add button.

  4. Select Give a partner access to your assets.

  5. Enter the Partner business ID you want to add and click Next.

  6. On this screen, you can add partners to multiple assets. We need to be able to see the data for the performance of your Pages, Pixels and Ad Account. IT Mooti is the name of Business Account.

  7. Click Save Changes.

We will now be able to see the assets that you assigned to them us Business Manager and generate the reports from that data.
